Steamed Sea Cucumber


  • 1 sea cucumber
  • chicken stock
  • minced chicken meat
  • shallot minced


  • chicken stock
  • dark soy sauce
  • flour


  • Boil chicken add sea cucumber to boil for 20 mins in low heat.Remove from pot and let it rest on the plate for few mins.
  • Mash chicken meat and scallop.Stuff into sea cucumber and wrap with foil.And steam for 10 mins
